Design Director

As Design Director, Ziad is responsible for creating the strategic vision for every development through innovative design and forward-thinking solutions. With over 25 years of experience in architectural design, management, and delivery, he ensures every project is positioned for long-term success, balancing design integrity with commercial viability.

Ziad’s expertise lies in unlocking a site’s full potential, identifying design opportunities, and addressing site complexities through strategic thinking. He works closely with all project consultants to develop and refine design solutions that align with regulatory requirements, market demand, and project objectives. By actively engaging with planning authorities and stakeholders, he facilitates seamless approvals whilst ensuring compliance.

Senior Development Manager

Chris is a seasoned senior development manager with extensive experience in both client-side and on-site construction delivery. His comprehensive skill set enables him to provide end-to-end delivery services across a wide range of development types. Chris is outcome-driven, and his expertise ensures that projects not only deliver commercial results but are also executed efficiently, meeting the highest standards from inception to completion. As an integral part of the team, Chris plays a vital role in Head Contractor tendering, procurement, and the subsequent day-to-day decision-making and operations of our developments under construction.

Development Manager

Nathan brings over a decade of design and property experience to the team, beginning his career in landscape architecture. His extensive time in design and planning space has provided him with a deep understanding of the project life cycle. Transitioning into the development space, Nathan has expanded his expertise to include acquisitions, feasibility management, and construction through the delivery of medium and high-density residential and mixed-use developments. Nathan’s passion for design and his ability to tackle complex challenges make him a valuable asset to the team. He is a registered Landscape Architect and holds a Master of Construction Project Management from the University of New South Wales.

Development Manager 

Nicole has been a key member of the team for more than a decade, contributing her expertise and dedication to all stages of the development process. Working closely with Directors and Senior Management, Nicole plays a significant role within the company by continuing to contribute throughout the acquisitions and planning, design, and construction stages of the projects development.  She takes pride in witnessing a project evolve from concept to completed development, following an extensive due diligence process.

Accounts Manager

Amy has been an integral part of the C9D team for over 8 years, serving as both the company accountant and office manager. With a Master degree in Professional Accounting from UTS, Amy brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the financial management of our projects. Her keen eye for detail and passion for financial budgeting and forecasting ensure that our projects consistently strive to exceed their initial financial targets. Amy's dedication to maintaining the highest standards of financial oversight has been crucial in driving the continued success and growth of the business. Her ability to navigate complex financial challenges while supporting the broader team makes her an invaluable asset to the team.
