This landmark project is a mixed-use tower development located in the heart of Liverpool. The site is uniquely shaped and features the retention and integration of a 1890s heritage cottage and stable. The development proposes a 34 storey residential tower with a podium and four levels of basement car parking, with a thoughtfully designed ground floor plaza and landscaping maximising the potential of the Opportunity Site Controls.

The ground level and podium floors are designed to accommodate a variety of commercial spaces, including a café, medical centre, childcare, offices, gym, and function venues. A key architectural feature of the design is the large cantilever from level 5 onwards, creating a distinct separation that honours the scale transition from the modern tower to the preserved heritage cottage below. The development consists of 190 residential apartments, offering modern, high-quality living spaces with panoramic views of the surrounding area. Additionally, the project includes a 118-room serviced hotel, further contributing to the dynamic mix of uses on the site.
